Delivery and revisions
Work begins after payment, receipt of usable source material, and agreement on the brief. Pilot delivery is normally within five business days. Monthly delivery timing is agreed with each client. Each package includes one consolidated revision round.
Cancellations and refunds
One-time projects may be cancelled for a full refund before editing begins. After work begins, completed work and committed production time are non-refundable. Monthly plans may be cancelled before the next renewal and remain active through the paid billing period. If Clipastetic cannot deliver the agreed service, the affected undelivered portion will be refunded.
